Please feel free to browse through this section if you’re looking for some info on good rivers, lochs or coastal water to paddle in and around Scotland.

The Kayak Scotland Guides contain information on our favourite intermediate rivers (ie. those around grade 2/3/3+). They are written with every intention of providing assistance for you while on the river, but we cannot ensure their accuracy on the day you choose to paddle; rivers change, hazards come and go…please make sure you’re comfortable on the water yourself before setting-off and inspect anything that looks supect!

The Dagger Route Cards, which I came across while surfing the net one evening, are included here for reference (they seem good!); but we have no control over their content, accuracy or quality!
