Well, for various reasons – including holidays – I’ve not been on the water much of late…sob sob!

Today was my first day in a boat for about two weeks and it was on the Muirtown Basin on the Calley Canal…not hugely exciting, granted, but I was helping out with Inverness Canoe Club’s “Introduction to Paddlesport” course. A great bunch of people, full of enthusiasm…looking forward to the weeks ahead!

Also on the Inverness Canoe Club front, our AGM was held a few weeks back and there were a number of changes rung in the committee…including some poor misguided people placing their faith in me!!! …so, I am happy to announce that I’m now a committee member and webmaster for the club’s site…responsibility…yikes!!
