Well, this weekend was the first weekend of my Level 1 Coach training.

Cold, wet and windy – normal weather for this time of year – made it energy-sapping, yet still fun and interesting…

The next two days of training/assessment come in 3 weeks time, so fingers crossed by the end of November I’ll be a fully-flegged Level 1 Coach!
