Well, this weekend saw the first ever Highland Coaching Panel Slalom in Inverness.

It couldn’t really have been a worse weekend in terms of weather, but those of us mad mad mad people who turned up for it, had fun – cold fun at that!

Well, hasn’t it been quiet on here for a while?!

Sadly, I’ve been so darn busy, my kayak has started to collect dust…must sort that out as more water arrives this month!

On a paddling-positive note, I passed my Level 1 Coach Assessment…woop woop…watch out all you beginners!
